Cliniko currently requires full payment to secure an appointment booked online. You can call reception with questions about payment or insurance. The current cancellation and missed-appointment policy is shown in Cliniko before you select a service.

Progress Physiotherapy is not an OHIP-funded physiotherapy facility. Services are paid privately or through applicable extended health insurance benefits.
